Duplicate Page Names Showing in G Analytics

When I go to Behavior > Site Content > All Pages I see several pages with the same page name and different counts.

We run a dynamic site and wonder if it may have to do with changes made to the page and their not being the proper 3XX Redirection on either the page or site?

Did you use secondary dimension of Hostname to figure it out? :-)
