Google Webmaster tools vs Analytics are different

Hi all,

I've started doing SEO for my company and am basically self-taught at this point.
I was looking into the Google Webmaster tools and saw, that when we switched to a new server and our site from http:// to https:// last month, our search queries have dropped from an average of 1700 impressions & 300 clicks to almost zero for both. You can see the almost immediate drop after the server move. It's showing approx. 25 impressions and a couple of clicks since then. Doesn't that mean we're barely being seen in the search engine?
We did have some ssl issues which have been fixed 2 weeks ago, so I would have not questioned this if things were going back up.
What's confusing me is that our Google Analytics is showing no decrease in traffic. Our rankings for most keywords have recovered.
I'm confused, help the newbie :s

It dawned on me last night, I think it's because Google Webmaster tools is still showing me http results and did not automatically switch to https, and I need to add it as a new property right?

You need to add http:// as a new property, yes. That's why you aren't seeing anything as Google are now probably indexing all your https URLs as opposed to your http URLs.
