Traffic from unrelated sources in Google Analytics

One of our clients, a law firm, recently started receiving traffic from ilovevitaly (dot) com and econom (dot) co. Both of these seem to be nothing more then crappy search engine wannabees. the econom one redirects to aliexpress (dot) com.

Any idea why this is happening? Should I be disavowing these links in GWT?

This is referrer spam, there are no links to disavow, it is a bot programmed with that "referer". A current thread: [webmasterworld.com...]
