I have started to receive weird traffic peaks to one of my busiest site.
Today received again at 12:00 pm about 600 spam visits at once and all came from service provider named "Google inc." Google Analytics does not show anything else about the visitors.

These peaks have started to appear october 2014 and they are spamming once or twice in a week. Has anyone experienced same and is there any way to block these? Or is it Google testing my site speed ? :[smilestopper])

How to block these?

Check your access logs, Google is known to rent out space to a number of unwelcome visitors. There is an active discussion here: [webmasterworld.com...] that may help.
