I just noticed this today, I'm not sure if this is new or if it has just escaped my attention until now.

If you look under "Acquisition" then "Search Engine Optimization" you will find "Queries".

The data show impressions. clicks, average position and CTR.

Sorry not new, nor does it match webmaster tools.
I wonder why? We'll probably never get the answer in this forum.

You have to be careful with WMT and GA for "image" impressions mixed in with the SERPs. One of my sites in WMT receives far more impressions from images shown in the SERPs versus page snippets. In WMT I filter image results because they rank so high and always have integer values.
