Google Analytics - Separate account for each client?

I was wondering what would be the best practice for tracking Google analytics for clients.

I was setting up a seperate account for each client. However, I'm thinking that it might be better to set it up like

Account - Clients
property - Client1
Client2
Client3

rather than having each client in it's own account.

Questions

1. is it a good idea to have all clients under a 'clients' account?

2. If so, is there an easy way to move the existing clients into the clients account or do I need to generate a new tracking code? That would not be that big of a deal.

As per my experience and understanding - it is better have single umbrella account and maintain client web tracking by creating individual properties. This process saves time for analysis.

You can share the property to any account. sharing options are available in the admin tab.
