Did you find your traffic graph down after 12PM (IST)today. Analytics was showing real time visitors but no tracking was there in standard reporting. Check your traffic hourly basis you will find it down as it was for my 12 sites.

Google analytics.
It get down at 12 PM and was working fine after 3-4 hours, today also the problem is same..but during this downtime google is missing visitors data as my revenue is 80% down yesterday and today.
