Can a specific IP be filtered out from experiments?

Can a specific IP be filtered out from experiments? I am a/b testing, and I think my customer service members are inflating side a..... Out of 5 customer service members, only one see's side b and they all take phone orders.

Yes. Where the analytics code is inserted in the page add a few lines of code to detect the remote IP address. Don't add the analytics code to the page when it is not wanted.
