Bots pinging site?

I've been doing some very (VERY!) minor link building with blog comments. I've seen some traffic from referral sites, namely those blogs on which I'm commenting, but the bounce rate for those visits is 100%. Does that mean that it's just a bot pinging my site to make sure that it exists?

I think those may be clicks from the visitors (human) & they are not finding your content is useful / informative. So that they are bouncing back.
