Configuring DNS in Webtrends analytics 8

HI,

I am currently evaluating Webtrends analytics8, and have successfully set up what they call express analytics, using a javacript tag on the page..trouble is in my admin interface, I can find nothing to configure our DNS..visitor info stats are coming up by IP which is useless! Any help would be appreciated!

If your WebTrends machine is on your network it will automatically find the same DNS source as everything else on your network does.

Have you turned on DNS lookup for your profile? If that's the problem, it's the first toggle in the Internet Resolution tab, within the Analysis section of your profile's editing function.
