Hi - I would be really grateful if somebody could take the time to explain what "impressions" actually means. On a big page (about 70KB) and only 1/3 initially visible I have a big discrepancy between banner impressions for the top and the bottom of the page. If the banner at the top gets 1500 impressions and the banner at the bottom only gets 500 impressions, does this mean that 1000 people are navigating away from the page before the bottom banner loads (i.e. an impression is the loading of the banner), OR does it mean that the user just has not scrolled down? (the page could be fully loaded but the image has not been viewed). This would suggest that its image views that is important.
So, impressions, are they image loadings or image views?
I would appreciate any input!
Many thanks!
