I have a new client that has two websites that had the same google analytics code on both sites, so the numbers are innacurate.

I have the raw log files.

Are there any good free programs that I can see quality data from raw log files?

Or any good / affordable commercial programs that will work with log files.

is there any way in Google analytics to tell what traffic went to the separate sites?

I think the duplicate tracking code was just on the homepage of the 2nd site.
