What happened to MSN on WebTrends ?

It doesn't show any more in top search engine report

One of our sites has been getting 40 or 50 visits from MSN searches every month. But for the last 2 months, WebTrends has reported nothing from MSN. It just doesn't appear anymore in the search engines section.

Now I know for a fact that the site still gets hits from MSN since they still appear as Referring URLs (both msn.com, and msn.co.uk), and I myself have been testing keyword finds on MSN and clicking through to the site.

So why can't WebTrends report this in the search engine section. Has something changed with MSN ?

Has anyone else noticed this in their WebTrends reports ?

I had this problem, but it turned out that when MSN.com turn PPC we were dropped. If your certain your still receiving traffic then I'm afraid I can't help.

I'm getting sick of WebTrends. It doesn't do a whole lot right, does it ?

Can't even resolve IPs properly :-(

Speaking of Webtrends, why does it keep telling me that I have visitors from Qatar on all my sites when I patently don't. Anyone else get this?
