Hello,

I'm doing my best to check every click coming from adwords. But it's very hard to isolate the IPs and prevent abuse.

I searched google, I searched Webmaster World and I found no answers for now.
(on a forum they shared the info by personal messages!)

Any help/hint will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Its against Google's ToS to store personally identifiable information.
So, you'll just have to grab the IPs from your server log files coming from Adwords (easy when you are sending them to a unique URI) and exclude them from your Adwords campaign. Unfortunately the IP exclusion is not available through the API making automation rather difficult.

Google ToS are made to take your money for nothing. They are masking their own abuse by that :)

If they would make frequency capping for search there would be no need for this.

But I just want to catch repeated clicks. The 2-3 /day that can cost up to 10 EUR0 (13$).

I know there is free tool somewhere.

Mm, I remember at my previous job at an online marketing company, they once got a refund of $800~ from Google.

Not sure what criteria the audit was following or how frequent this happens but there ya go.

Let us know if you find this free tool somewhere.

Trust me, when you're spending clients money, there not so much pressure (and fun). Been there. But when they become a big part of your cost... they are greedy.

I know that Uchin saves the IPs - but I don't know how to intersect this with CPC traffic.

Anyone has any idea?
