Adding Google Analytics to a site already running Yahoo Web Analytics?

Any reason not to add Google Analytics to a site that's already running Yahoo Web Analytics? I want to get some Google search impression data using GA, but want to preserve the YWA account.

I'm assuming page load time won't be affected significantly. I don't foresee any complications, but thought it would be best to ask.

The site already has Yahoo Web Analytics running.

I'm just concerned about loading a page up with too many tracking tags and js if I also add GA.

I would say put it into bottom part not under body code.

At the bottom before the closing body tag. This way if it lags, the rest of the page will load first and won't be held up by the script.
