Distinct Visitors

We are using Live Stats by Deepmetrix, but i cannot find anywhere that gives me the usual - Unique visitor/Returning Visitor stat - all i can see is something that says Distinct Visitor, which then shows the total visitor stat...can anyone help? I need to know how many unique/that is first time visitors we have had to our site . Thanks in anticipation !

I suspect all you need to do is look over your shoulder and ask your fellow Live Stats by Deepmetrix co-worker in the next cubicle.

Let's assume this is a legitimate issue you are asking for help with here.

It is a commercial product that you have paid for yes? Which means you are entitled to tech support by the vendor? If you aren't already in their building then call them up and they can probably help you in 2 minutes flat.

That's probably your best course of action.

It is a legitimate question. I have read that support was withdrawn from this stats once Microsoft took over the company . There is no deepmatrix domain any longer and no help/contact details on the stats interface. I had heard forums were helpful places for fellow users to give advice to one another.
