Analytics options for TV APPS

Hey all,

Anyone have any experience with any analytics platforms that work on the various TV APPS?

I've been told that GA works on one of the apps we are developing (not sure if I can name the TV/APP company on WebmasterWorld?) but others are saying no since Google Analytics is html based and TV APPS tend to be ajax or other types of hybrid web/hardware software platforms?

Maybe its time WebmasterWorld to have add a TV APP forum topic?

Well, you can definitely track events on the site whether it is flash or AJAX so you can track tv apps and traffic via the medium through which the visitors come (TV apps/websites) and then tracking the events of clicks or purchases as sales and conversions -- There will be an add-on for GAnalytics which makes this seamless but not yet
