Google Webmaster Tools and non www domains

I have a handful of domains that I'm trying to get Authorized with Webmaster tools at Google. My problem is that I'm not getting any data through the Webmaster tools interface. I think my issue is coming from the fact that my domains have redirects in place so that any attempt to reach the [domain.com ] is redirected to [domain.com ]. I believe Google Webmaster tools is having a problem with this setup.

Anyone experience anything like this issue? Know of a way around it?

Thanks in advance.

There shouldn't be any problem at all if the redirects are properly in place. Check that they return a 301 response. Also, go into Webmaster Tools and set the preference to the non dub version. And the old just incase, make sure the Analytics code is correct.

Do make sure you register both www and non-www in WMT.

Look at the reports for both.

Google sort-of treats them as if they are separate sites.
