Can anyone recommend a good web log analysis software? I hope it can be affordable(not too expensive), range from 100 to 300 USD.
Thanks

I used to like Urchin but I believe it has been bought by google. I think it's the software behind adwords graphics and analytics.
There is also webaliser, and also WebTrends I think.

Each program or method has its different strengths, so a lot depends on what aspects you want to analyze. I have access to AWStats and Webalizer data, and also use Google Analytics, which is impressive, but the method I regularly use and rely on is to import my log data to a MySQL database. The downside is that you must create the reports yourself. The benefit is that you get exactly what you want.
All of the above are free. AWStats and Webalizer are commonly provided by webhosts, and are also available for download for use on your PC. Google Analytics requires a free registration and the placing of code in your web pages. MySQL is a free database application for Linux, Windows, and other OS.

i used to use faststats by mach5 which was excellent and it's quite cheap i think, around $100 for the basic version
(now i use AWStats on the server for an overview and import my logs into a local mySQL database and have custom coded very specific queries to get the data that i'm looking for)

I used to like Nihuo Web Log Analyzer. Fast and powerful filter system for data mining.
