i don't know of any tool that will do this directly. especially if whois privacy is used you probably need to be a registrar to get this information directly. however you can learn a lot by using search tools that will find unique identifiers across sites such as Google Analytics/Adsense ids, affiliate ids, etc. you can also find the domains hosted on a given IP address which can be useful information for these purposes. when you intersect this information with other available data such as common name servers, CMS used, style sheets and scripts, coding style, etc you can create a profile that will often be very revealing.
if you research [internet competitive intelligence] you can get some more ideas.

You can set up GA to track multiple domains from one profile, if this is something that you want.

Not software but there are services that will give you a fairly comprehensive list for a pretty healthy fee.
They don't include private registrations and from past experience they only return 60-90% of the domains owned by any one person.
