whats the best tracking package?

ideally need a package that works independently from our current servers

ive tried extreme tracking and had a look at various other types of packages - but i'm needing to track the number of visitors to certain pages on our web site. and if possible see if they ended their browsing session there or they carried on navigating other parts of the site.
any help/advice on this would be greatly appreciated. Cost need not be an issue..
