304's are 10% of site traffic.

Do I need to make some sort of change?

I have been looking at a Webalizer report for my website. I see a section titled: Hits by Response Code

I see one code: 304 - Not Modified.

The number of hits listed as 304-Not Modified are 10% of the number of hits that are listed as Code 200-OK.

Is this normal or do I need to make some sort of change with my site?

Broadway,

304's are harmless* - that means that the page is already in the browsers cache and has not been updated since last transferred to the browser.

Larry

*Harmless unless you have a dynamic site, in which case they are really really really bad.
