Local Monthly Searches and download

I have seen Local Monthly Searches for example USA data.
Issue is that I download and do not know for which country is this.
1. What data (local or global) are inside downloaded Keywords and what they mean?

2. Is this monthly search terms or other value?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by this question unfortunately. Are you asking if there is an embedded code within keyword referrals that indicates the country of origin for the search? If so, there is none that I am aware of but most analytics packages will give you a break down of searches per country.
