webtrends child profile problem

Analysis for Child Profile oZPaNRF7XA6_ew2ekwk1pc6 failed unexpectedly. A

I used webtrends 7.5. Lately I found one child-profile wasn't analysed. The error analyis log is " Analysis for Child Profile oZPaNRF7XA6_ew2ekwk1pc6 failed unexpectedly. Analysis will be retried."

However, after re-analysing the profile, it's ok; but the problem is
appear again in the next day.

how to deal with it ?

there'is also the error log liking the follows: "Did not detect a successful analysis from an inspection of the statuslog."

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
