Tracking software

What are some of the better ones?

I am currently using the sotware and stats provided by my host which happens to be

:- Webalizer Version 2.01 (with Geolizer patch)

I would really like something that has alot more detail and can provide more stats so that i know what search terms are finding my site and how long people are spening on each page etc.
