Hi, I am new to this Internet Marketing World. I basically want to add banners on my website and then track the results. Need a reliable tool that can help me analyze my campaigns and fine tune them.

We have installed OpenX on our own servers and it does a very good job in helping us manage banners across multiple sites.
OpenX also provides a hosted version which is free upto certain impressions, which is more than enough when you start. If you are only looking for a single site, OpenX hosted version would be ideal to start with.
