Is march's internet traffic lower overall?

Without changes in rankings nor in PPC campaigns, I'm seeing that my traffic in March will be lower.
I had 220,000 PV on January, 230,000 in February, but in March, I will be lower than January.
My site is about technology.
What do you think?

My traffic is lower, but that's to be expected: I have an educational web site, and this is "Spring Break" season.

There's no national USA spring break date. Each educational institution sets its own.

Spring Break is a one-week holiday (in the US) from school, but the particular week varies from school to school. (Schools in my area had their break a couple of weeks ago; schools in my sister's area are having their break this week.)

To the best of my knowledge, however, all the schools have their Spring Break some time in March or April. Hence, this is "Spring Break season".
