I have a possible client who was using an intern to do web marketing - the good news is the intern was smart enough to set up Analytics and Adwords.

The bad news is that the intern has absconded with the passwords.

Is it possible to re-acquire access?

If so, how does one go about doing this?

Part of the problem is the client does not speak English well and tends to hire people from foreign countries who speak that language.

So does this silence mean that WebmasterWorld people think that it is virtually impossible to rescue a Google Analytics or Adwords account?

Perhaps it is time to cross post over in the AdWords forum...

Who controls the email address the analytics account was registered to? Is it possible to hit the 'forgotten password' option?

Is there just one administrator or are there others? In this case it would have been a very good idea to have more than one.
