I have something in my wmt under the top search queries that i am finding very strange. the top percentage word on the impressions side is at 39%. however my site never appears under this word when i do a search.....what is going on?

Is it a Geotargeted term? If so you won't see it.

it is possible this word has a different meaning in different geographical areas.....and is possibly why i cannot see it..thanks for the reply
