Tracking transaction source in Analytics

Hey all,
We are using a 3rd party hosted booking engine - which we link to from our main site.

The problem with this is that all ecommerce transaction now show as being referred from our site in Google Analytics.

Is there a way to pass the true referrers (i.e. adwords, referring sites, search engines etc..) from our site to the hosted booking form to correct this?
