GA: Top content source (other) exponential grew

Hi all. I noticed a possible alarming trend on an analytics report, hoping someone could help shed some light and explain this phenomenon to me.

Looking at TOP CONTENT widget in analytics, I see normal stats such as:

index.php ###### pageviews
/ ###### pageviews
/somepage.html ### pageviews
*** (other) ###### pageviews ****

I can't explain where this (other) is coming from; looking back three months it was 0 pageviews, and slowly but surely all the way up to today it has grown to ###### pageviews.

How can I possibly identify what content page this might be?

It sounds like you have too many query parameters in your URLs. Take a look at excluding some non essential query parameters:
[google.com...]
