I have article website which provide all information related to all categories.

I am new to this segment.

So, I want to know how this event tracking in Google analytic help me.

If you have a Print this page option in your articles, that would be a good thing to include in the event tracking

Or download the PDF, if you have PDF versions since you can't put the Analytics code in the PDF itself

Another way to use event tracking is to see which outside links (or whether users are clicking on outside links) in the article

This can be tracked by your coded script. But i think in basic it is the best to track behaviour of visitors than clicks. Clicks are somehow old way as they are pure static.
