Where the Stats?

Does anyone know what happend to Counted.com?

I use Stats.net's counted.com service for trakcing and logging. Yesterday I noticed that my stats from them stopped. I went to there site to see what was going on and got a server not found error code. Now there parent company is gone too. No warnings. I even check with the few pages of there companies that are still there and they say nothing about what happend. Does anyone have any info?

I was able to get into counted.com.

Counted.com was down yesterday, just as you wrote.
Today it works again, at least the most time.

Probably just server problems on there end or a sewage line broke that connected yer computer to the other host.
