ok, so i go into: Traffic Sources > All Traffic Sources

and i see this down the page:

#18 192.168.1.252 / referral
...
#23 192.168.50.8 / referral
...
#27 192.168.1.6 / referral

all kinds of internal referrals

and my filter is set as such:

Filter Name: Internal IP
Filter Type: Custom Filter
Exclude (radio button checked)

Filter Field: Referral
Filter Pattern: 192\.168\.*\.*

Case Sensetive: No

Applied to the proper profile.
