Tracking conversion on external site

I have the possibility to add my tracking code to a merchants site which I am an affiliate for. Do I just take the same tracking code that is generated for my original site? Probably yes, but want to make sure.

In most cases it will be exactly the same code, however, you'll have to check with your tracking provider to confirm this. You may also need provide them with the new domain name, as they may use this for validation purposes.
