I'm trying to understand how my framed footer (/framed-footer.html) is number 2 in my top content list.
Why would analytics be tracking the footer separately from the pages it appears on and is this something that I need to be worried about? Are these page views being taken away from the actual pages?

One way to prevent that is a robots noindex,follow meta tag for that file. Do not expect overnight correction, it will take time.
