UFO in my server logs! from SERP #55

Unique click-thru visitor from Google's result no. 560

Culling from my server logs, I have discovered the following referrer url:

http://www.google.com/search?q=keyword%20here&hl=en&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&hs=Ayt&start=560&sa=N

Take note of the last but one parameter: start=560 and that the keyword pair immediately after "q=" is a genuine one in my niche.

Should I understand some bot is harvesting keyword rankings for my website? How on earth could a visitor click away all over to Page 56 of a SERP and then take the pains to visit my website with a click-thru?

I show Google results as 100 per page, and often click through to the last page and look at a few sites. It's rare to flip through many results pages at 10 listings per page though.
