Is there a way to check where users go after they leave my webpage with google analytics? I want to see if they are getting referred to my parent site. Thanks

You need to use the click-out feature of GA

If you simply want to check how many visitors are going to your parent site, just check the stats of parent site where referring domain is your current domain
