suspended website!

i have a friend and he write something about me in his site
and when i told him to remove that things about me from his site he said that he's site is suspended
and lost the password that he used to register web site
and lost all the pages
what should he do to register again?!

someone help me please!
and if there any solution is it complicated or not!

A site is usually suspended for not paying the hosting bill, although it could be for other breaches of the TOS. If this is a free site, then you'll have to see if the host can be contacted.

If he has "lost" the password, his host can easily create a new one for him. This alone suggests to me that your friend is being evasive.

"Lost all pages" can happen if his host deleted his account for not paying the bill, but I'd expect hosts to keep the files for a while.

He can pay his bill and get access, if it is a regular web host and try to get the company to restore the site from a backup.

Since you don't want the material about you to be visible on the web, why are you helping him?
