Apparently the client was supposed to receive an email with instructions on how to do this, but I've talked with quite a few and none of them have received it. Its either stuck in their spam folders or didnt get sent.
Has anyone had this issue, and how did you resolve it? Support tickets, phone calls & emails to my "Yahoo rep" for the migration from the Indextools partner program have gone unanswered.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions or help you can give me.
