Tracking keywords from google image search

Does anyone know how?

Hi,

I would like to get the keywords people use to get to my website from Google Image Search. I've found several resouces for this, but none are confirmed by anyone.

Did anyone manage to tweak Google Analytics to show image search keywords? Can anyone direct me to a safe, working solution?

After following these steps, traffic from google images will be transferred from referral to organic and you can also track the keywords associated to the image search.
