How to pull search term from query string

We have a client that is tracking the referrer string in his own CMS when a sale is completed so he knows where it has come from and what the user bought.
He sends these reports through to me every day for us to use to build up his PPC campaign. For some reason conversion tracking will not work on his site and this is why he is tracking the referrer.

Does anyone know of any tools that I could upload an excel file, and it could return the search terms without all the other parts of the query string?

I don't really want this to be a manual process, there are quite a few every day.

Any help would be appreciated.

There is no reason why you can't get conversion tracking working. Do they just not want to try to fix it?

Also are you using the detailed keyword list in Google Analytics and have goals set up?
