Analytics Cookie in IE8

been trying to access analytics for a few minutes now, and can not get in...

it says "Your browser's cookie functionality is turned off. Please turn it on."

which i have never had this issue before, did not change any settings in IE... and i even followed thier directions to allow cookies, and it still gives the message...

anyone?

must have been a bug that day. seemed to have cleared up now.
