Missing data between Google Analytics and Adsense

I have almost no Adsense data appearing in my analytics reports on specific dates, namely:
January 28 - Feb 3
Feb 13 - Feb 16
March 7 - now

By "almost no" I mean if a normal day has impressions at around the 30,000 mark, in the periods marked above it drops to 1,000-2,000 -- but in Analytics only. In Adsense the data is all there.

The Adsense account is not linked to multiple domains within my Google Analytics profile.

Any suggestions on what may be causing this?

Did you manage to find out anything on this, I have just re enabled adsense on my primary analytics site and it isn't picking ANY adsense data. I checked the code and the code the provide has changed since I first implemented it, the only difference I can see is
