Google Conversion Tracking counting too many leads

Hi There

I have Google conversion tracking on a campaign I am running however Google always shows way more conversions than I see. A conversion is someone submitting their details to us so its basically a lead.

There are 3 ways in which we collect site visitors details and each has its own conversion page with its own unique conversion tracking. On Google's suggestion each conversion code has a different tracking purpose can anyone shed any light?

I did a quick look over the last 4 months of 2008 and GA over reports goals by about 5% for us. That's on low volume of 200 - 400 leads per month.
