Strange visitor - hundreds of pages a month

In my awstats logs it gives the Top 25 hosts with regards to visitors and there is one that appears every month:

mail.XXXXXXXX.com

This month for example it says they have viewed 405 pages.

The actual XXXXX.com refers to a commercial enterprise, not an ip or anything (I have added the XXXXX).

Does anyone know why this would be?

A lot of people are coming to you from a link sent to them in an e-mail...?

That's probably just the proxy host of said commercial enterprise. It is quite common to have one machine do both web proxying and mail handling.

You haven't given any reason why it would be worrysome.

well it seemed strange to me that one commercial enterprise would view over 400 pages a month - the site probably only has that in total. Why would they do that every month? Looking at their site, they are in an unrelated field and by the looks of things a genuine company.

And the mail thing made we wonder if it was usuing my hosting account to send spam.

Is it possible to ban just them - they are using bandwidth if nothing else?
