Hi everyone

I have a site that sends targetted traffic to advertisers, I use an auto forwarding page which logs the click to a database, the page is nofollowed etc so is the link to it.

I have had one person say it doesn't show up in G Analytics, I don't have an Analytics account so was wondering if anyone here has had the same issue, how did you resolve it or is she just not looking in the right place?

Thanks for any pointers

I would guess, given how simple Google Analytics is, that they ARE looking in the right place.

Get Fiddler and use it to make sure that your site shows up as a referrer when going from your site to theirs. There are several reasons why it might not, having to do with the odd way you're making things happen. Do a web search for "reasons for empty referrer field" or "no referrer" and so forth to try to identify possible things that you are doing wrong. The "no referrer" topic has been brought up so many times here on WWW alone that there is plenty of material available. Another site that has an especially complete list of reasons for no referrer is WebTrends Outsider, but what's here on WWW is probably enough.
