One of my clients is having trouble logging into their Google Anlaytics account. I tried it myself and got the same problem.

Instead of looging into the reports you just get redirected to [google.com...]

Now I've done a search and found that this is happening for a lot of people. What I haven't found yet is a solution.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Where do you log in?

Have you tried this one? [google.com...]

I'm visiting
[google.com...]

then hitting the Access Analytics button

Now I just tried that URL you posted, clicked the Analytics link and it still redirects to the provisions page at:

[google.com...]

Any idea what the problem is?

Are you rejecting Google's Cookie?

You can't log in without accepting it.

I have to assume I'm not rejecting any cookie, since I would have to actively choose to reject it (wouldn't I ?), and I never bother disabling anything.

I browse with all the default settings, other than having the Google toolbar (but that doesn't affect it, does it?)

Puzzling.

Forgot to mention, GA used to work fine, for me, and for my client. This is only a recent problem with logins. And I haven't changed anything in my browser setup etc, in that time.

Still can't get an answer to this. Does anyone have any ideas or am I going to have to ask my client to ditch Google Analytics and get a real stats package instead ?

Tried that. After logging in with username and password, it takes me to the same provisions page. It's a never-ending loop :-(
