I never thought I'd be asking this question but one of my regular sites is clearly getting traffic (and conversions) from a MySpace page I set up years ago.

What I can't see is anything resembling a MySpace referrer in "sources" or "referring sites" in GA.

Does MySpace strip out the referrer and if so, is there a way to tag it so we can see these clicks coming in?

I am fairly certain I can see it if I look at the logfiles - but I haven't done that in a while and don't really want to.

Dumb question maybe, but how do you know its coming from a myspace account you established years ago?

i can search my referring sites and find the following:

1. searchservice.myspace.com 2 2.00 00:00:06 50.00% 0.00%

so i know something is coming from myspace.... from what i see it doesnt look like anything is getting striped.
