Help required on Interpretation

Hi All,

I was wondering how people could enter the scenario analysis(in WT) and be recorded as "Start of Visit" on steps later on in the funnel when we are not directly sending them in to that step via marketing.

Could it be something to do with session timeout or back navigation for example?

Session timeout is one very good explanation, in fact it's probably the best one.

Others might include bookmarks or saved pages.
